1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swift Space Redesign services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Swift Space Redesign provides interior redesign and consultation services for residential apartments. Services include but are not limited to space planning, furniture arrangement, decor sourcing, and design implementation.

3. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance with a deposit payment. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor quoted prices.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled service: full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund. We reserve the right to cancel for unforeseen circumstances with full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their space, ensure access to the property on scheduled dates, remove valuable or fragile items they wish to protect, and comply with any preparation instructions provided by our team.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your property, Swift Space Redesign is not liable for damage to existing furnishings, fixtures, or personal property except in cases of gross negligence. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and creative work produced by Swift Space Redesign remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement designs in their personal space but may not reproduce or distribute designs commercially.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your project remain private, please notify us in writing before services begin.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee professional workmanship and will address any legitimate concerns within 30 days of service completion. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that designs will meet subjective preferences.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
